Once an order has been placed, we will start the processing within the next 24 hours. Most products will take between 5 to 7 days to complete processing. However, some products will take a longer time to complete processing anywhere between 7 to 12 days. These include completion of building and quality check before packaging process starts. The processing duration can be found in the product description section. So kindly be patient.

We will try to refill our inventory as soon as possible within 7 working days. But sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances and delays, the stock arrival can take longer than the expected time period.

At the moment, we are shipping to majority of the countries in all zones. From time to time, we will adjust our shipping destinations and pricings according to our shipping service. You can always check the available countries at the checkout page shipping form dropdown menu.

Our standard shipping duration is from anywhere between 14 days to 30 days. This is subjected to custom clearance and also delays due to the covid-19 pandemic period. But for some unknown reasons, the processing center in some countries will take a longer time to process the order within their own state.

This processing period can take from anywhere between 30 days to 90 days. In such cases, customers need to contact the relevant shipping department authorities and request for the status of their orders as we have no control over them.

If you want to cancel your order before we start our processing, we will refund you in full.
But for certain products, if a cancellation has been made after we have started processing, we will refund you only 70% of the total value.

A order value of $20.00 have been made. Any cancellation by customer after processing has been started will result in $14.00 (70%) refund.

Kindly take note that some products are custom produced which required labour hours and material costs.

YES:We ensure that all orders are packed in the best possible method. We will also take images before packing them. If the product received is damaged due to our processing, we will send you a replacement. Kindly send us a clear image of the damaged item for us to judge.

NO: But if order received are damaged due to shipping handling, we are not able to replace them.

Some items are subjected to delays during this pandemic period, hence we cannot give any guarantee.
